The ox tail I received was just fine, and tasted as good as it looked in the photo when I placed the order. It arrived extremely well packed and frozen as it should be. I was concerned because I live in Florida. I will be ordering it again.
United StatesFamily enjoyed for Christmas I was going to put on my youtube channel but Christmas happened and I forgot loved that they were not fatty I soaked them for 2 days and slow cooked one pk and put the other pack in the oven at 250 with a little water olive oil salt and pepper til tender falling off the bone my boys [hubby and 2 grown sons ] was very happy.
