A FAMILY TRADITION FOR OVER 60 YEARS.

Fayette Packing Co. was started back in the early fifties by Mr. Keith with a simple goal to provide local Fayette County, Tennessee farmers and residents with premium beef, hog cut and wrapping services. In 1958, Harold became a partner and the two opened a retail outlet in Memphis, Tennessee and started selling to the public. They started with selling ground homemade sausage, cooked cracklings and smoked country hams. It became an instant hit. 

A NEW ERA OF MEAT IS BORN.

David joined Harold in 1978 and brought the company into a new era of food processing with turkey sausage, extended the line of Keith's Farm meats, and added a line of seasonings. 

Today, Fayette Packing Co. Inc. remains a full service meat company and is a staple of Fayette County community as well the surrounding Mid-South area. David eventually realized that many people outside of the Mid-South area are still stuck eating low-quality, grocery store meat and decided to take things online and share the family tradition of providing high-quality pasture-raised meats and seasonings nationwide. 

Today we still oversee every step of the process and hand-cut our meat at our facilities to make sure your getting the best cut every time.
