United StatesPoor. We never got our order, had free shipping then was told we had to pay 150 to ship because the woman thought we lived in CA. She never checked nor asked so we cancelled. The lady was not helpful, professional and would not provide a manager's name when I asked, instead she hung up on me. Was not happy with the overall experience at all.
